Winstar Tunisia B.V, an International Oil and Gas Company, recruits :
Field chief
The job holder will be responsible for the management of all operations in the
production site during his rotation.
He will supervise the smooth running of the production, the performance of the work
team, and ensure the development of production reporting.
At this title, his main duties will be :
• Supervise and coordinate the various processes of production, responsible for
the delivery of a quality product according to contracts with the various
stakeholders.
• Discuss and update the production plan in collaboration with the Production
Manager.
• Responsible for the continuity and smooth operations in the production site
during rotation.
• Assist the Production Manager in the implementation of work procedures
including HSE.
• Assist the Production Manager in the implementation of initiatives to improve
quality and productivity.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions in case of non-compliance in the
process.
• Prepare and review daily and weekly reports.
• Verify the accuracy and quality of data in reports.
• Assist in the elaboration of the annual budget of the site.
• Prepare, monitor and control the operations budget in order to optimize costs.
• Conduct monthly reviews of the performance of the site.
• Check the condition of equipment and facilities with the maintenance
manager.
• Ensure the proper implementation of the security plan, continuously on site.
• Supervise the maintenance operations and ensure compliance with safety
standards.
• Coordinate with Production Manager the changing of the rotation program of
the production staff.
• Coordinate with other departments on the requests and needs of operations.
• Provide technical training and awareness sessions for production staff.
• Check the availability of PPE’s for all site personnel.
• Responsible for the management of waste product.
• Verify compliance with the application of work permits in different areas of the
site.
• Comply with company policies, safety and code of conduct.
• Act as a guarantor of security, hygiene and the environment.
Requirements :
The successful candidate should have an Engineering degree and an experience of 8 years at least within Oil and Gas industry;
• Processing of liquid and high pressure gas ;
• Team management
